To June

The wind has been blowing so much that doors bang unless propped open. Then dust comes in so we have to open and close each door. My house has many doors.
The driving wind is driving us mad!  I would detest living anywhere near the Mistral.
The wind is a sign that the weather is to change and rain is forecast!

I hope you do get some rain. We have been without for a while too. The little amount that we did get a week ago was really not enough. Perhaps with the rain things will calm down!

I know what you mean!

We noticed that the wind dropped at about 8pm last night, and today is much calmer.

We are just wondering whether we should cut the lawns today or leave them until tomorrow...... decisions, decisions!!

Prevarication, is, I have learned, a costly exercise!

We were surprised how windy it was that week - most unusual.

We have friends who live near Perpignan and they have to endure the tramontane for weeks on end. It was blowing when we were there last year and it was most irritating.
